    This is usually caused by plugins bundled with themes. The theme author may have released a new version of their theme, or they haven’t updated it with the new version of a plugin that was recently released.

    If the theme doesn’t have an update available, you will probably need to contact the theme’s author or support forum. If you have any old themes you don’t need anymore, you could also remove them.
