How to disable the new post-share popup ad?

    This another annoying new feature that I never selected or requested. After sharing a link, a popup appears with an ad on it. I hate popups!

    How do I turn this off?

    Not only is it disgusting and unnecessary, when the popup is enabled the share button order changes and The Twitter share button omits my @vegasnews tag when it builds the tweet text.

    There is an option called “Show Post-Sharing Dialog” which I have always had switched off. But I think this option was used to disable the popup box to get people to follow Shareaholic.

    Okay, how to turn off this popup?

    Hi @beggers,

    Thanks for the feedback! I’ve addressed your issues below:

    – You can always turn off the ad separately from the post-share window. Here’s a helpful guide on how to turn the ads off: http://support.shareaholic.com/hc/en-us/articles/204987465-Post-Share-Ads-How-to-turn-on-off

    – I enabled the post-share window briefly to test out the share button order, and the order remained the same. Are you still experiencing this on your end? If so, would you mind giving me the specific URL and steps to reproduce?

    – Also, I have verified that the Twitter share template is now including your Twitter handle (@vegasnews”). There may have been some confusion when configuring your settings as I noticed that you have created a duplicate Website on your dashboard and may have updated the incorrect settings. So there’s no more confusion moving forward, I removed the duplicate website (non-verified site) from your dashboard.
