• It’s almost like magic. Pull up a product on Amazon, get the ASIN (or ISBN, they are equivalent as far as this plugin is concerned) from the “Product Details” area of the Amazon product, then put that number into a shortcode to display the product you’d like to make commission off of.

Setting this up (as the author clearly states) is not a trivial process, but it’s worth it.

Do your homework, follow the very good instructions provided within the plugin (Amazon Product >> Shortcode Usage from within your admin area), play with it, then watch how well this thing works.

The really cool thing is that almost every part of the output can be styled via CSS. My minor complaint is the use of !important tags (why, when each element is specific to this plugin?) but it’s not worth taking off a star.

You can specify *any* attribute of the Amazon product to display via the [amazon-elements] shortcode. Quite potent.

This plugin has been around for a while. It continues to get better and better. This is a CHEAP way to monetize your site. Give the guy (Mr. Fischer?) a coffee donation if you have a heart or a soul.

Notice that the only 1-star review is from someone who could not follow instructions.
