By default, the iframe settings have width and height set in % which (in theory) should adapt well to smaller screen sizes. Unless you want to prevent it from getting too small on the smallest devices?
Or did you change those settings to ‘hard’ values? This indeed forces it to the same size on all devices…

On my Adroid device, the frames scale just fine… what device are you using?
It is making problem on IOS devices.
I don’t have an iPad but http://ipadpeek.com/ shows no problems. Only on the smallest devices the iframe gets too small to be practical. To get around that, see teh FAQ “The lightbox does not look good on mobile devices. What can I do about that?” on https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/faq/
