Conflict between Mailgun and WordFence? | WordPress.org

WordFence sends me email alerts which include links labelled “The Wordfence administrative URL for this site is:” which is usually something linke:

http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=Wordfence

On a site with Mailgun for WordPress installed, this link is reported as a very long URL of the form:

http://sandboxNNNNN.mailgun.org/c/%5Ba very long apparently random string]
(where NNNNN are numerals)

Might something be set up wrong in Mailgun (I’ve just adopted this site, so I didn’t configure it!), or is there a conflict of some kind?

Probably because you’ve set mailgun to track clicks (all links are redirected first to mailgun where it collects information about who clicked it, counts total number of clicks and so on, and then redirects you to the actual link). You can turn this off in the mailgun settings.
