Testimonial text width not displaying correctly

Hi, so i’ve started using your plugin.

I am using it at the bottom of the overview section inside another tab plugin , it is getting displayed correctly at this point, but i have also put it inside two other tabs “benefits” and “what others say”. When i click on those tabs the testimonials now are getting displayed with a very small width and making it very long (see screenshot below)

It should look like this ( also getting weird symbols next to the name)

Please help me fix this.

also I would like to display the name and location above and to the left align of the testimonial. If you could help me do this as well that would be great. Thanks
