Add Reviews to a post

I would like to add a Review field shown at the bottom of a post, where users who are not the author of the post can leave a review about the post. Much like a comment field is placed at the bottom of a post by WP core. I would also like to add multiple rating fields with a select list of value 1 to 5 (much like a star rating)

This would be a many reviews to one post relationship.

I have evaluated the reviews plugins and found them not suitable.

I have also tried to use WP comments as reviews but found some issues, like comments become uneditable after a time period and when the IP address of the comment author changes. There are quite a few other issues as well.

I have been trying to think of a way to add a review field to a post.

One way I am thinking about is to create a Review post type, and then relate this to a post. But this may not be possible in Pods. I do know Pods has relationships but dont understand them enough.

Could you please let me know if there is any way to do what I would like in Pods?
