recurrent events in different places and different dates

    HI!
    I am looking a plugin to manage the events of my association.
    Every events is a conference with a description, an image and a category.
    I have to create recurrent events in different places and show them in a calendar with differents view by day, by week…etc
    I have to archive the past events and show on calendar only the next events. ( I can have two differents calendar: one for past events and the other for the next ones).
    Have this plugin the characteristic below?

    Howdy Michael,

    It sounds like The Events Calendar is well suited to your needs. By default it does all of those things. Past Events are only visible if you click the Past Events link. Categories are offered. View by day and month come free. Events Calendar PRO offer’s a view by Week option> I recommend you try out the few version with Month and Day views and see how it’s working. If it’s satisfactory you might consider Events Calendar Pro as well.
