• Hello, The plugin creates the following shortcode

    [timeline src="mytimeline.json" width="100%" height="650" font="NixieOne-Ledger" maptype="watercolor" lang="en"]

can any of the options parameters listed in https://timeline3.knightlab.com/docs/options.html can be sent to the script?

I am looking for a way to display the timeline above the slides, I believe timenav_position (default value: “bottom” – Display the timeline nav on the top or bottom.) Is the parameter to change, but I can’t figure out where to change it.

    thanks for your time

Sorry, it’s easy to miss notifications from WordPress forums, and we focus our tech support on our own site, knightlab.zendesk.com

Anyway, this version of the timeline does not work with TimelineJS3 and will not be updated to, because we don’t want to force users to switch.

A new version of the plugin is awaiting approval from WordPress. I don’t think it does right now, but we should make it support all of the options at https://timeline3.knightlab.com/docs/options.html

Keep an eye out for the new plugin, and we’ll try to make it as good or better than this current one.
