Don't have r_fullprofile as option

Yes they’ve decided to change things considerably, there is no longer access to the full profile and as a consequence this plugin currently will not be able to successfully authorise.

We’re looking to see what we can do, but with how linkedin have changed things (including making it more difficult to get api keys) it’s only going to be able to offer the most basic of profile info. Our apologies.
