• I purchased the pro version of this plugin some time ago it worked and then the stats became highly inaccurate and I realized I needed to update but I couldn’t from the wordpress plugins. I decided to go to your website to download the update but couldn’t login, it doesn’t recognize my email all though I haven’t changed my login info AND its saved on my computer. It doesn’t recognize my information as being tied to an account. This happened before I emailed you guys about it and my login magically started working again. I did get the plugin updated but unfortunately now it is telling me I dont have the “pro version”. So I need to login to your site to access my pro plugin information. I remember before I had to login to make sure my website is attached but being I have no way to do that I need you guys to fix this on your end.

    I emailed your support team with my paypal transaction ID. can we please resolve this and can you please explain why after an “X” amount of time my information is being wiped from your site as if it never existed and I never purchased a thing? I purchased the plugin may 27 2014 by Nov 10 2014 I emailed you with this same issue of my information not being recognized. It seems to be a reoccurring thing after a few months. I do really enjoy the plugin but having to go through this hassle of reinstating my login information so I may access features I paid for is getting a bit annoying and slowing up my work flow.

    My login seems to be working however now I can’t figure out how to reactivate the plugin for the pro version. I see my serial key but I also see next to the order on your site “renew now” for $25 are your plugins only good for a year and then we have to pay extra to keep them working? No where currently on your site or when purchased this did it mention the fee was only for a year of service. It’s already expensive at $47 but another $25 a year seems a bit steep esp since I have noticed even now that its updated some of the stats don’t work or don’t show accurately. Please let me know if I need to pay or if I am missing something?

    Hi Missodessa,

    With regards to renewing the Smart Reporter license, would like to update you that renewal for all the StoreApps products is optional.

    Explaining further, without renewing your license you can still continue using the plugin, however, if you need any plugin updates or support, then you would need to renew your license.

    Also, with regards to licensing period and updates its clearly specified on our Terms & Conditions page on StoreApps.org.
