    I have already tried that. It has been almost a week with no response. I need this working as soon as possible so I am going through all outlets.

    @danlester, Please make sure you’re providing a sufficient way for people to contact you regarding your commercial products. You’re not supposed to use the WordPress.org forums to support that.

    I have responded to your message via email so I’m sorry you didn’t receive it. We always reply to emails/messages within 24 business hours, but of course sometimes emails end up in spam etc.

    Please check your spam folder. Your message said to reply to an address beginning with “is”.
