Templates within second theme?

    I have this plugin active on a site, and use the URL to use this plugin for a certain sub-section of the site. I created a custom template for some of the pages within this sub-section, but the template is not showing in the Page Attributes > Templates list of available templates. Does this work at all or only shows templates from the main theme?

    This note from the FAQ should get you going in the right direction:

    For the Current Theme, nothing changes when using the jonradio Multiple Themes plugin. For a Page or Post where another Theme is displayed, as selected by this plugin’s Settings, specifying the Template to be used is explained, in detail, on the Theme Options tab of the plugin’s Settings page.
