Ha. You are using what we call a “nulled” theme. That mean’s some very unpleasant people took a commercial theme and “shared” it. That’s how you got that commercial product for free.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
Now, you are not a customer of that vendor but that’s still a commercial theme. I suggest you buy the actual theme from author and then seek support from them after you purchase that theme for support.
