Surcharge

Hi,

Instead of a discount I would like to have a surcharge for certain payment methods. For instance, by paying with Paypal 3% extra. I was hopping this could be done by using -3% in the discount text box. But it doesn’t work.

Is it possible to have this plugin adapted for this use as well?
