    Hi,

    Try clearing WooCommerce transients in “WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > WC Transients > Clear transients”. Please let me know if that helped.

    Hi Tom,

    no, it didn’t. Please visited for example this single product page http://renderpeople.com/shop/joscha-0189/ and check the related products. Each single product has a name tag. If it’s the same person it has the same tag and thus should show up as a related product. Any other ideas?

    Hello Tom , help me . I am also having problems in related products.

    I realized the change as follows.

    Related Products Number 3
    Related Products Columns 3

    However there was no change in the view of related products.

    Even after making the change in WooCommerce settings Jetpack no result in products

    Did the procedure recommended to the Renderpeople , however remained unchanged in products

    Since already I appreciate the help if possible.

    Hi,

    If possible please share admin (or preferably ftp) access to some (test) server, so I could login and find out what’s going on.

    we don’t have a test server right now and I can’t give you access to our actual server. So you have no idea, what the issue might be?
    Did you check my page though?

    Hi Andreas,

    Yes, I did check your page, and, yes, I see that there is a problem. However it’s really hard to tell what is going on, as I can’t reproduce the problem on my server. Please send me zip file or the theme you have installed, as I’m thinking that issue may be theme related.
