Custom Field Names

Last question for today!

I’ve set up a field called GENDER in the ‘Fields’ section.

I’ve then tried to use #_GENDER to display the field in a template but instead of rendering the Form Field it’s just printing #_GENDER on the page.

I can’t find any reference to this in the docs/FAQ – any idea what I could be doing wrong?
