Good plugin, requires extra work with certain themes

    This plugin is pretty solid. The screenshots and demos provided by the dev are accurate and relatively easy to achieve.

    I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the extra work I had to do to get the plugin to work correctly with my theme. This was to be expected, but compared to other plugins I’m using, there was more of a lift involved with the Knowledgebase plugin. If you want to see what I needed to do, look at this support ticket.

    The developer, Maeve, is quick to respond to support requests and is extremely helpful, and clearly talented. I look forward to using other plugins from Maeve in the future!

    Thanks for your review bobbyscon. Totally fair comments there – the WP Knowledgebase isn’t always a simple plug n play on 100% of themes. Glad we got yours sorted out together 🙂
