Help with security messages

    Hi all

    I have recently installed the Sucuri Security plugin on my site to help me manage security threats. This seems like a great method for someone like me who’s not an expert on the more technical issues of site security, in order to better manage some of the basics.

    However i need help with one of the recent notifications which states that a recent change was made to my .ftpquota file. I know from the time mentioned that I didn’t make this change manually, but I’m not 100% sure, having read a little about the function of that file, whether it gets updated from time to time automatically.

    I guess in a nutshell I’m asking: do I need to be concerned about it?!

    You don’t need to worry about that file. It keeps track of your FTP usage, so it’s going to change if you use FTP for anything.
