    Please check this KB article: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/558/ You can change the resize method to “resize” if you like.

    This is not resolved. Please un mark it.

    The steps above do not make any difference, plus it used to work perfectly with the same settings. It is a bug where it is cropping the bottom 30% or so of the image, but leaving a large whitespace in its place.

    Hello again,

    After changing resize method, you should clear listing thumbnails from WPL->Settings->Maintenance section. Did you clear thumbnails?

    As another approach, You can set “Resize” option of listing_gallery activity (pshow layout) to “No” instead of “Yes”.

    OK, I removed the “Resolved” label.
