When filtering subscribers by a particular list or clicking “view subscribers” for a list, the subscriber list includes those who were once subscribed to the list, but aren’t subscribed to it anymore.

This likely happens because the status of un-subscription (wp_wysija_user_list.unsub) is not being checked when filtering.

  • Isn’t the name of the former list in a gray color? If it is, that’s on purpose!

The whole aim of filtering is to show what’s active now, not what was active at some point in the past.

When I take somebody out of a list, and then I want to see who’s on the list, I don’t want to see them, because they’re not on the list anymore.

Galbaras, agreed. We’ll take note for our ongoing plugin rewrite.

In the meantime, is there a workaround for this?

Right now, we don’t plan on updating our current 2.X versions.

We’re putting all our efforts on MailPoet version 3.
