menu button does not work on mobile devices (tiles theme)

    The menu works properly on my laptop and tablet, but when i try to navigate on the site from my mobile phone, the menu button does nothing.

    I have tried to deactivate and activate the plugins back, but nothing happened.

    I managed to remove the menu button (for mobile devices) and make the menu “visible”, but it doesn’t looks good.

    Could you please help me?
