    Testing this plugin. I’ve set up everything and am able to order a ticket. Do not receive any emails in the order process (processing, completed, etc). I can ‘View Order Receipt’ from the woocommerce order page. The ticket is generated, but not getting to customers.

    Hey @obrience,

    All the emails that are sent out are the result of WooCommerce and it’s settings, as OpenTickets Community Edition itself does not send out any emails. The information about the tickets the end user ordered, is embeded in the ‘confirmation email’ for a completed purchase.

    There is a good WooCommerce FAQ about why their emails may not be sending out. Past those steps, email related problems could be the result of any number of, or combination of, server related configuration issues. I would recommend getting in contact with your host, and having them help you troubleshoot the outgoing mail from your server.

    If you follow those steps, and you talk to your host, and you still cannot get it to send, you may need a more in depth investigation as a whole into what is causing the problem. It is very unlikely that OpenTickets is interfering with your outgoing mail, but on the off chance that there is some unintended side-effect of one of our features, I would be willing to take a deeper look into your installation, if you have exhausted all other avenues of resolution above. Keep me posted.
