I need a plugin – what are my options?

    Hi,
    I’d like a plugin (or manual tweak) that doesn’t seem to exist. I don’t have the skills to create it myself but I don’t mind paying someone to do this. Is there a recommended place to look for quotes for such work?

    If you have found a plugin that is similar to what you want, you could try contacting that plugin’s developer. Many plugin developers will expand their plugin’s functionality or do custom work for compensation.

    Other options for finding a developer would be the WordPress Jobs Board, or the WordPress Professionals mailing list.

    Thanks, useful info. I’ve posted it on the jobs board. I’d like the banner image at the top of my blog to change automatically whenever a blog is posted (stepping sequentially through a set of images in a designated folder). I haven’t come across a plugin like that. Hopefully won’t be too expensive as it’s not really a commercial blog.
