Editors area

Hi all.
I’m running a collective blog at http://biblio.crube.net (in portuguese, it’s biblioteconomy related), and the editors are requesting me a way to have something like a personal page editable using the wordpress template/files editing facilities.
What’s the best way to do this? I’m thinking to create a page, may be, editors.php and use some if/then conditions (if id=X then include X.php else include 404.php), chmod this X.php files to allow changes using templates at admin section. Do you have better solutions?
