Reduced Bounce Rate to Under 12%

I have been battling to get bounce rate under 55% for months. Prior to installing this avg time on site was less than 1min, which I thought was rediculously low since we provide docs and support forums which should make that average much higher.

After installing this bounce went to avg 8% and time on site to over 4 minutes which is much closer to what I suspected it should be.

Also not sure if it is related, but I saw a noticeable increase in sessions as well, user levels stayed the same so it seems to be giving a more accurate record of individual visits.
