Ok, plugin installed and… what else?
There is no Pay by invoice method in woocommerce/checkout
So what to do?!

I’m assuming that you’r referring to the WooComerce add-on we have within the marketplace – https://sproutapps.co/marketplace/woo-commerce-invoicing/

That add-on should get what you require.
