CSS not being applied

    Hi. This page links to this CSS file.

    However, the CSS for #front-page is not being applied:

    #front-page {
	width: 1200px !important;
	margin: 1em auto !important;
}

    Mainly, div#front-page is not being centered.

    Why not? Thank you.
