Each site appears twice on each dashboard

Hello,

I have a multisite installation, with two sites: mysite.com and the Spanish equivalent, es.mysite.com. Both are controlled by the same super-admin user.

However, when I am in the ‘mysite.com’ dashboard and choose My Sites, then I see:

Primary site: mysite.com
mysite.com
mysite.com

When I go to the dashboard in ‘es.mysite.com’ and choose My Sites, then I see:

Primary site: es.mysite.com
es.mysite.com
es.mysite.com

Only if I go to Network Admin>Sites, I can see both of them, but if I click on Dashboard on any of them, it will take me to the primary site’s dashboard, mysite.com.

Anyone has any idea as to what I am doing wrong?
