It might be due a JS conflict, could you please check this tutorial http://doc.usersultra.com/how-to-troubleshoot-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/?
Sometimes, a JS error is triggered, if that happens, UU will stop working.
Let me know if that helps a few

Thank you for your answer. I deactivate all plugins and change my theme, but the problem still.
I see Users Ultra demo sites (lite and PRO), and login with my account, but the problem it´s the same, vote is always 1.

Perhaps, we’re not on the same track :). I’m checking the gallery here on the live demo Users Ultra Photo Gallery.
When i click on the stars rating i see a confirmation message and the vote changes.

The same situation… vote cast not change with new votes. Rating changes the last vote, but I suppose, the result should be the sum of votes.
