Wost Plugin & Worst Support I Have Seen Yet

    Killed an entire day over paid pro idx plugin and themes. Two themes later discover the darn plugin only works with short codes! Support for this plugin is terrible. You sure can’t pickup the phone and call anyone that’s for sure. Proper expectations is your going to have to build your theme around the plugin and plugin design features are “technically speaking” null… Good luck getting a long list of short codes for advanced search…
    Sad when you by a theme from Theme Forest “WP Residence – Real Estate WordPress Theme” that says it’s compatible with dsIDXpress and it is not. Like buying a car and finding out the engine does not run.
    Though I was broken until digging around to find after the fact it does not work! Hired a freelancer as I am getting to old for the frustration… I am sure this will cost a few $$$

    I found plugin on Theme Forest link for theme.

    I will find a different theme and plugin.

    Hello,

    I am not sure what you mean by “the plugin only works with shortcodes. We offer shortcodes to display properties as well as many widgets, the ability to build links with specific home search criteria, and the ability to create IDX pages with content and properties.

    Additionally, we have a full Support Team here who are here Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific who are available by phone as well as email. Our phones rarely go to voicemail sand the hold time is almost nil.

    However, what our Support Team does not offer is assistance in fully customizing the experience. If that is what you are looking to do, you would need an experienced developer to assist you in doing so.
