Hard to say what is going on here, but experiment with the “filter searches and archives” and “show excerpt” options on the advanced settings page.

It’s also possible that your theme is rendering this archive view in a way that we can’t or aren’t filtering. Make sure they are using the_content() or the_excerpt() to show things. If not, you may have to alter the theme to check for membership using the pmpro_hasMembershipLevel() function or something similar.

Also, sometimes telling PMPro to filter the_content later will help in situations like this.

(You posted a while, but…) if you post things like this to our member support forums that we monitor daily, we can get more information to fix this up for you:

Jason, I tried your forum but it wants me to purchase the paid to get to any forum or help.
That’s not a funny joke to play and not a good impression

I would like help fixing the theme. Also users who use to have my other membership program say they cannot upgrade.

I set all users to their current level of membership, in each user account

I just deleted her user account and asked her to create a new one. Waiting to see if that fixes it, but not sure why it won’t let her purchase a plan.

Ok maybe there is some php code I can put in certain areas, i.e. downloads (using cm download manager) and then restrict its access or restrict url access
