    Please help. We have the majority of our orders stuck in “pending payments”. Some for over 12 hours.

    Hello! This probably means that you need to ‘capture’ the orders which are currently in an ‘authorized’ status. I’m going to follow up with you directly via the email you sent to our developer email distro. More to follow
