Menu Changes

I’ve added a link to the log in and log out pages to the top of my site. When I log in, the log in menu automatically changes to log out. Is there a way to make it so when I log in, not only does log out appear but another menu option appears? Ex: Home|Log out

I would like the other menu option to be linked with the redirect link I made in the TML redirect settings. I have multiple user roles that need different log in pages and the people associated with that role to only see that page.
