Database

Anybody has a suggestion for a plugin or any other way to create a database of the employees of my company? I want to redirect my workers to a page on my site, where they can write all the needed details about themselves, upload some pictures and documents, etc., and that all of these details will be saved to a database which I will have access to, and my other employees will have limited access to the database.
