Thanks for reaching out! This is very likely due to the other plugin needing some, if not all, of its scripts in the header, so they are loaded prior to the content. More commonly it’s jQuery that needs to remain in the header, but it could be additional scripts.
I’ve currently got a beta version of the next release that will give you a settings option to keep jQuery in the header, as well as filters for placing other scripts in the header more easily.
You’re welcome to test the beta version (I’d recommend testing it on a staging site, not a production site) or utilize the walk-through here until the new version is released.

There are a lot of methods utilized to deal with those issues. My plugin can be helpful for some issues, but wasn’t really designed to match Google Page Speeds analysis per se.
You might have to manually alter some of your site’s plugins, scripts, et cetera. Because plugins often insert individual javascript files, you’ll end up with a lot of http requests. You might consider using a CDN and/or minifying your scripts and stylesheets. There are numerous plugins to help with both.

Hope you are doing good.
I have added the Revolutions Slider Script with the Head Part with the help of the functions.
But it’s still saying me “Your page requires additional network round trips to render the above-the-fold content. For best performance, reduce the amount of HTML needed to render above-the-fold content.”
If I will remove the Revolutions Slider Script then it will work. Any idea?
Note: it was working before but it’s stop working as I have updated the Slider images.

This is a sometimes unavoidable issue that Google now highlights – “render-blocking javascript”. Basically, it’s telling you that your above-the-fold content has to wait until the script(s) are loaded before it is rendered. If you can, you should place your scripts below the fold.

Actually, I have added the Revolutions Slider Script at the head part now, Because it wasn’t work before. so right now, it’s load with the head part and then revolutions slider is working.
