Paragraph spacing for blogging isn't working properly

So this problem is somewhat annoying as every time I update a post with paragraph breaks in the blog post, they disappear and revert back to a paragraph with no breaks.

Here’s what I want it to look like:

Long-Term Care Financing Options:

Medicare: Medicare generally only covers home health care costs after a recent hospitalization or stay in a rehabilitative center. Typically the long-term care services covered through Medicare only last for a short period of time. In our experience Medicare usually only covers long-term care for a few weeks. If a senior needs care beyond this, they have to explore other options as listed below.

But it will keep reverting back to this:

I’ve never experienced this before and putting in paragraph tags in HTML editor doesn’t seem to help. Thanks again so much in advance for your help!
