Can't see how many people opened our newsletter

I sent out a newsletter for 1914 people yesterday and after 12 hours I still can’t see how many people opened our newsletter, both the total and unique numbers are zero, however I can see the click rate. We have been using SendPress Pro for months, but never had this problem before.
