• This is a new problem to me as I use the plugin all the time with great success. I am also using the latest version of the plugin.

Only change is that I am using a new hosting company to migrate from to the clients domain.

In the past all my wp-config files used ‘localhost’ as the hostname. So I exporting from a ‘localhost’ setup to a ‘localhost setup. All working.

With my new host my db hostname is completely different. So I am exporting from a ‘sql19.jnb5.host-h.net’ setup to a ‘localhost’ setup.

The plugin shows success, but when I try update the permalinks (or access any part of the site) I am presented with the start up of a fresh WordPress install. Using phpmyadmin to check the database I can see that it is empty – hence the WordPress install initiating.

Can I assume the migration is restoring the ‘sql13.jnb2.host-h.net’ configuration on a ‘localhost’ set up causing the database restore to fail?

Everything else is there, plugins, themes…just an empty database :/

    Help?

    Hi Zane,

I am very sorry to have kept you waiting for my response.
Could you update the plugin to the latest version and let me know if your issue is resolved?
