• Hi there, thanks for the great plugin, i love it!
I would like to get the excerpt of an event instead of the full content beneath the thumbnail image. Although i tried varies ways to get it done i couldn’t manage.
Is it something I can do through the single-event-board-item.html file?
Any would would be hightly appreciated

    Glad you like the plug-in.

Default behaviour is to display the excerpt. (As well as the thumbnail image).

You can edit the single-event-board-item.html file (I’d recommend copying it to your theme first). It’s basic HTML with data replaced by ‘tags’ of the form <%= event_excerpt %> – so feel free to (re)move those as required.

Thanks that worked out great. Is there any way I can display the year of the event after the displayed time in the posterboard overview?
With a shortcode like <%=event_start_year%>? Thanks in advance.
