I cannot install pngout automatically

    Sorry for the delay, somehow your post got buried, and I didn’t get an email notice for it.
    At any rate, two pieces of information would be useful:

    1. Turn on EWWW’s debugging option, and paste the resulting output from the bottom of the settings page (you can use pastebin.com or use the code tags).

    2. Please find out what operating system your webhost is running. If it is linux, please ask them what distribution/flavor it is, and what version.
