• I am basically trying to change the Cutline default hr_dot_black.gif to a red one (hr_dot_red.gif).

    Any help is appreciated.

  • Here is how:

    1) Open hr_dot_black.gif in an image editor. Gimp, PhotoShop, MS paint, etc…

    2) Change the color from black to red and save the file. You’re done.

Now when hr_dot_black.gif is called in the theme it will be red instead of black. If you really need to go that one step further, change the file name to “hr_dot_red.gif”, and then search out every instance of “hr_dot_black.gif” in the themes style sheet and or files, and change that too. But that seems like overkill. Just change the color of the .gif from black to red. It won’t care what it’s name is.

Thanks ClaytonJames. I must confess that it is much easier than I though
