That’s very odd. Do you have any other extra plugins you can try to disable?
HI Michael Tieso,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I have more plugins but before everything was working perfectly… I have deseable all plugins less Woocommerce and still the same problem.
BTW: I just to realize of some typos in my previews message, sorry for that… 🙂
Hi Andrés and Michael,
I have in a web of a client the same problem: When new user is registered, he can see previous orders in his account page that aren’t from him.
Woocommerce Versión 2.3.13 in WordPress 4.2.2 and Oxygen Theme.
the same problem! nobody knows what happen!?
Really sounds like a caching issue…
Exclude account and checkout pages from static cache.
I am currently having this issue. This one order comes up on current/new users order pages. It’s the same order in each incident. It’s an older order from 2013. I have disabled all caching and have waited long enough for everything to clear out. The issue is still happening and all of my customers are writing in about it.
Mike Jolley – Since the caching advice is not working do you have any other ideas?
Well, I am really not sure how but my issue was fixed. I tinkered forever and at this point… I think maybe it was the caching after all!!! I disabled all caching and created a new user and the “phantom” order was not there in the new account.
However, I have not tried to install a caching plugin, and exclude the account and checkout pages to see if that works as well. I would certainly hope so as caching is key for site speed these days.
Hi. I have this problem now. I have purged all caches, but it´s still not working. Did anyone actually find a solution?
graun642 the only cause is caching. It may be varnish caching on your server/host.
`Hi Mike.
I use WP-engine as host. They have a staging function that makes a duplicate of the live site which runs no cache at all, and the same problem turns up there. I have been online with them now for 30 minutes, and really tested if the problem is caused by cache, but on the staging server, this problem should not be possible according to them.
Any advice?
There is no explanation other than cache (server or plugin based). User’s cannot see each others carts normally.
WPE does have varnish caching because WooThemes.com ran on it.
