    Hello,

    Just checked the plugin on my website and it is works well, that means the conflict is on your website only.

    First of all, please deactivate all other plugins temporary (excluding Simple Signup), because if any of them throw an error, that prevents Simple Signup works correctly. Check out how it works, if it is good, then activate back the other plugins one-by-one. With this method, you will see which one causing the issue.

    Please press Control + Shift + I in Chrome and switch to the Console tab, it will show you if your website has any JavaScript errors.
