I have downloaded this twice but still cannot locate where the settings are for it. I do not see it in my left side black WP toolbar anywhere, including under settings. Can you give me a hint? thanks!

If you’re running WP Symposium it should be under Symposium, otherwise it goes under Appearance. In both cases your role must have the capability ‘manage_options’ (admin should have it).
