How to? User photo upload with moderation

    Need suggestions on plugins to accomplish this workflow.

    Think of a photo contest

    User uploads photos via a page I create > user supplies tags > photo held for moderation > photo published to gallery > other users can comment, rate, share photo

    gallery will have multiple views:
    1. by tag
    2. by upload date (or photo creation date)

    Any suggestions?
