Hm, that page isn’t using the Eventbrite Events template, or at least not the one included with the plugin by default. Are you using a custom template?

Do you get the same issues if you switch to a default theme?

Hi Automattic WordPress Hero, I am using the Eventbrite Plugin but it is running on the Traject themes template which will soon go south when I finish the new template 🙂

I don’t think its the theme template because it was working fine before and we sold about 54 tickets off the plugin on the site. Not many but at least it works. I am going to test the ticketing because I think if I can move the old event out, or even swap out the URL, maybe the ticketing will start to work again for the next two events.

I will let you know …… next week. I am building a number of WP sites in the UK and using the same Eventbrite plugin so I need to resolve this.

Sorry, when I say template, I mean page template, as opposed to theme. The Traject theme doesn’t have its own support for Eventbrite, so assigning the Eventbrite Event on that page would be necessary; it isn’t active now. Maybe it got switched at some point? I’m speaking of the “Assigning a page for your events” section here: http://automattic.github.io/eventbrite-api/users.html

Can you also post the Eventbrite links to the missing events? eg. something like this: http://www.eventbrite.ca/e/building-a-city-for-children-tickets-17624465250
