timeout just with my house computers

Hi everybody,
I have a serious trouble: each time I try to go on my website “www.michedegani.it” it appears a writing like “connection timeout”, both if I use the domain and the domain plus /wp-login.php.
This happens even with another website, from yesterday afternoon, when I did some tests on the both website by logout and login quickly.
The curious thing is that it happens only by using my home computers or my smartphone via wi-fi, whether I use my 4G connection or a a friend tries to connect through his computer everything runs fine!
I tried to contact my host and they say that my IP isn’t blacklisted!

Someone has a clue? an idea?
