    Hello,
    sorry for not answering.
    I guess it does not appear because we have wp-members plugin installed and that gives his own error message “wrong user or password ….”

    We have blocked a user on permanent-TAB, but unblocking does not work.
    Can you help ?

    The red point does not turn back to green point
