HACKED – Help I can't find source of hack

I can’t find where this link generating from. I have use firebug and ran through 1000+ lines of code. There is three ways to see the link hack

1) Make the browser small (mobile size) and you will see the link

2) view lightingbryan.com/video on firefox and explorer

3) from index.php directly under the head tag in a body class named:

Please help. All plugin, theme and wordpress are updated.
